Our culinary delights have that Allgäu touch, not only in terms of preparation: we select the best ingredients from the region. We believe that the quality of local produce from nearby farmers represents sustainability.

We will be happy to recommend one of the more than 100 different wines from our cellar. White wines from excellent German growing regions and full-bodied reds from European winemakers are excellent complements to gourmet dinner menus on pampering holidays. In our wine cellar, built in 2021, we also offer wine tastings for our guests. Keep an eye out for our weekly programme.
We are happy to organize small celebrations and birthdays by prior arrangement.
External guests can only sample gourmet evening menu of our hotel restaurant upon request. We mainly pamper our overnight guests in the gourmet hotel.
